If you have an Android phone and the app seems to stop working now and then, it is very likely that the system kills the app after a certain amount of time.
To avoid this, please follow the below steps:
1) In your phone settings, select 'Device Maintenance', then 'Unmonitored Apps", and add the Orbit app to the list
2) In your phone settings, select 'Notifications', then 'Advanced', then 'Orbit' and set the app as priority.
