If you are using an Android Phone:
Please make sure not to add the Orbit via the Bluetooth settings on your phone. This will not work properly. Your Orbit needs to be added via the app by pressing the 'add an Orbit' button located below the map and follow the on screen instructions. Also please check that your Orbit is not paired to your phone in the Bluetooth settings as this will prevent it from being added in the app.
Android and iOs:
If the app is not able to locate your Orbit:
1) Please make sure you have updated your app to the latest version.
2) Restart your phone.
3) If you have already activated your Orbit (by pressing the button for 5s expect for Glasses), we recommend pressing the Orbit button once briefly instead when the app asks you to activate.
4) Try to add your Orbit away from any other Bluetooth devices (Fitbit, Speakers, other Orbits etc..) as those can interfere with the initial pairing.
