Does my compatible device have to have cellular service, or may I simply use the Bluetooth LE feature to use the Orbit without it?

You will still be able to locate your Orbit or phone if you have your bluetooth switched on and no internet connectivity, however without internet connectivity, the Orbit App map will not work.
